I recommend you complete the first track (Masterclass) before you go through the toolkit. You can’t strategically and smartly plan your services, packages, pricing, and resource allocation without knowing how to execute the task…

Small companies and brands not ready for or needing a large PR strategy don't vibe well with large agencies because their budget and needs don't align. Not all clients will need a long and detailed strategy with out of pocket and ad spend. Scrappy businesses need scrappy work, not cookie cutter agencies they can’t afford. Sometimes smaller agencies and consultants can be more creative and flexible in terms of services offered.

As a business and marketing coach FOR PR and marketing agencies, I've realized many small, start-up and "scrappy" businesses assume PR firms automatically offer digital services.
