If you find yourself overwhelmed or stressed, practice deep breathing exercises. A few minutes can help reset your stress levels and refocus your mind.

Evening Routines for Relaxation and Restful Sleep

Set a technology curfew at least an hour before bedtime to reduce blue light exposure, which can interfere with sleep. Use this time to connect with family, read, or practice a relaxing hobby.
